As a key year-round series event of the Offshore Energy & Equipment Global Conference (OEEG ), The 28th Offshore China (Shenzhen) Convention and Exhibition 2026 (OC2026), is scheduled to take place in Shenzhen, China on June 16-17, 2026. Under the theme of "Focus on Independent R&D and Introductory Innovation, Foster New Productive Forces for the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry, and Build a Win-win Ecosystem for Offshore Oil and Gas", the event will gather over 500 decision-makers from the global upstream exploration and development sector. Centering on key regions including the China, Southeast Asia, Australia, the Middle East and Brazil, participants will discuss the future of collaborative development in the offshore oil and gas industry, forge strategic partnerships, showcase cutting-edge technologies of the sector, and accelerate the development of new productive forces.
【TWO-DAY AGENDA & OVER 50 PREMIUM EXHIBITORS】
Day 1 (June 16): Upstream Exploration and Development Against the Background of Global Carbon Neutrality Goals
- The New Normal of Global Offshore Oil and Gas Demand in 2026: Explore the new challenges and requirements posed by the new oil price normal to offshore engineering projects, and analyze the development trends and future prospects of the global offshore oil and gas market.
- Progress and Future Outlook of Oil and Gas Exploration in the Deep and Ultra-deep Waters of the South China Sea: Invite industry experts to share the latest achievements and technological progress in oil and gas exploration in the deep and ultra-deep waters of the South China Sea, and discuss the strategic direction of future oil and gas development in the region.
- Technological Innovation for Offshore Engineering: Analyze the challenges and solutions in the R&D of core offshore engineering equipment to advance technological innovation in the sector.
Day 2 (June 17): Four Parallel Forums
- Subsea Production Systems Forum: Focus on the integrated design, installation, operation and maintenance of subsea production systems, with an emphasis on the reliability, safety and economic efficiency of deep-sea development, and connect project demands with technical supply. This forum will build a docking platform for owners, EPCI contractors and equipment suppliers to facilitate in-depth cooperation and reduce project investment and operation costs.
- Drilling and Completion Forum: Focus on the implementation of drilling and completion projects in complex oil and gas reservoirs such as deepwater, high-temperature and high-pressure, and low-permeability reservoirs, with the core of improving project efficiency and reducing technical costs, covering the key paths of intellectualization and green development. It will provide participating enterprises with technical selection, project management experience and supply chain collaboration paths for drilling and completion under complex working conditions, and promote the large-scale application of advanced technologies and equipment.
- FPSO&FLNG&FSRU + Offshore Production Platforms Forum: Focus on the design, construction, operation optimization and low-carbon transformation of floating production units and offshore platforms. Combining global project orders and technological trends, the forum will conduct practical discussions on project implementation and commercial value enhancement. It will interpret project opportunities, technical routes and cost optimization solutions for global floating equipment and platforms, helping enterprises seize market opportunities amid industrial chain transfer and energy transition.
- Deepwater & Far-offshore Wind Engineering Forum: Under the theme of "Comprehensive Upgrading of Deep and Far-reaching Offshore Wind Power Engineering and Subsea Intelligent Technologies", the forum will focus on the reconstruction of engineering systems and the upgrading path of subsea intellectualization. In-depth discussions will be held on key topics such as offshore construction capabilities for oil and gas in deep and far-reaching seas, infrastructure design, submarine cable safety, unmanned inspection and digital twin operation and maintenance. Together with OC2026, it will form a dual-track collaborative platform for offshore oil and gas and offshore wind power.
【FOCUS ON OFFSHORE OIL AND GAS PROJECTS IN CHINA AND DEEPWATER PROJECTS IN THE ASIA-PACIFIC】
OC2026 will highlight the latest progress and cooperation opportunities of offshore oil and gas projects in China, and showcase the latest offshore oil and gas project portfolio of CNOOC, including the Huizhou 19-6 oil and gas field, Kaiping South Project, Lingshui 36-1 gas field, Weizhou 10-5 oil and gas field, etc. Meanwhile, the event will conduct in-depth discussions on shallow and deepwater projects in the waters of Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Brunei, East Timor and Papua New Guinea, bringing more international cooperation opportunities for high-quality suppliers worldwide.
【ONE-ON-ONE BUSINESS MATCHMAKING & SUPPLY-DEMAND PROCUREMENT NEGOTIATIONS】
The event will invite procurement directors from more than 30 global offshore oil and gas enterprises to hold one-on-one procurement negotiations, breaking information barriers, promoting efficient communication and in-depth cooperation between supply and demand sides, and accelerating the implementation of cooperative projects. In addition, the event will release the global offshore engineering equipment procurement demand information, providing enterprises with accurate market data to help them seize market opportunities.
We sincerely invite enterprises and institutions from the global offshore oil and gas industry to participate in OC2026. Whether you are an industry giant or an innovative enterprise, you will find tailored development opportunities at the event!
